Fine-grained Rust Eraser
Clean rust in one go! Rust Eraser is a steam-hard eraser that contains a large amount of abrasive in it, and it can easily clean surfaces made of steel and other metals that have slightly corroded or changed color.
It is enough to wet the Rust Eraser before use and then rub the surface that we intend to clean. Fine granulation is suitable for refreshing the surfaces of steel and other metals that have lost their luster through use.
This eraser is slightly flexible, which is extremely useful when cleaning irregularly shaped surfaces. It is very useful when trying to remove light rust or patina from your carbon knife. In just a few movements and in just a few seconds, your knife will look like it's brand new.
After use, the treated surface should be thoroughly cleaned with soapy water and then dried with a cloth or towel.
Note:This Rust Eraser has a finer grain and there is a possibility that you cannot remove extremely neglected and rusty objects with it. For this purpose, we recommend Rust Eraser of medium grain size.
Everything you need to know about sharpening
If you are buying your first Japanese knife, the advice is to choose a multifunctional blade shape that will cover the widest range of your needs in the kitchen. This includes Gyuto, Santoku and Bunka. The rule is that bigger people need bigger knives and vice versa.

Although in the culture of the Far East it is not recommended to give a blade as a gift because of the connection with cutting off good relations, they also could not resist the perfection of such a gift, so they devised a "trick" that allows them to gift knives without problems. Just ask for one coin from the person receiving the gift and in the eyes of strict superstition spirits it will be a fair exchange. Now no joke, a knife is a gift that unlike other transient things will be remembered forever because it will serve forever.
