Serbia - we send shipments by PostExpress and the delivery price is 500 rsd. The price of delivery on the territory of Serbia is informative, depending on the weight of the package and the ransom.

Balkan countries (Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Croatia and Slovenia) - We send parcels by Serbian post and the delivery price is 1500 rsd.

The rest of the world - we send shipments by Post of Serbia and the delivery price is 3000 rsd.

Delivery in Serbia

Packages are delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the moment of sending, regardless of your location in Serbia. An exception may be a delay due to procedural reasons at the post office, of which you will be notified.

All orders received by 11:00 a.m. on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day.

After we send your package, we send a tracking number to your email address.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are shipped on Monday.

In order to avoid a change of mind or not receiving the package, the knife you want engraved must be paid for in advance. The knife that we engrave according to your request cannot be the subject of a complaint.

Yes, we provide a professional sharpening service.

We only sharpen kitchen knives. We do not sharpen scissors, meat cleavers, axes, hunting knives, hairdressing scissors or any other tools.

Please note that the only exception is all products purchased in our store, such as Higonokami, kitchen scissors, etc. We can gladly sharpen those products.

Knives bought from us - the price of sharpening is 600 rsd. Knives are sharpened as a priority regardless of the crowd.

Knives that were not purchased from us - the price of sharpening smaller knives (blade up to 15 cm) is 600 rsd, the price of sharpening larger knives (blade from 15 cm to 30 cm) is 1000 rsd.

Your knives that need sharpening can be delivered to our shop during business hours or sent by courier service. Once we receive your knives, we take your phone number and call you when the sharpening process is complete.

The sharpening time depends on the current workload. Knives bought from us are sharpened as a priority, regardless of whether it is crowded and ready in 1-2 working days.

Knives that were not purchased from us are sharpened in the order in which they arrive, the approximate waiting time is 2 to 4 days. During busy periods around holidays, waiting times can be longer.
