This knife is special in many ways, but what definitely makes it extremely special is its rainbow-colored patterns! This was achieved by carefully overlapping layers of VG10 steel, copper and brass and leaves absolutely no one indifferent!

This Santoku will make cooking as interesting as possible. With it, you can chop, mash or cut almost all foods, and the thin geometry will make this knife pass through even the hardest vegetables without resistance!

VG10 steel is the gold standard for knife steel production in Japan. It is loved for its almost absolute resistance to corrosion and ability to hold its sharpness for a long time.

The handle is made in an octagonal shape, so this knife will suit both left-handed and right-handed users. It is made of rosewood combined with pakka wood. This knife comes in a premium original wooden box that not only protects the knife but also looks beautiful, and can make a special impression if you want the perfect gift.

How to choose the first Japanese knife?

If you are buying your first Japanese knife, the advice is to choose a multifunctional blade shape that will cover the widest range of your needs in the kitchen. This includes Gyuto, Santoku and Bunka. The rule is that bigger people need bigger knives and vice versa.

Japanese knife as a perfect gift

Although in the culture of the Far East it is not recommended to give a blade as a gift because of the connection with cutting off good relations, they also could not resist the perfection of such a gift, so they devised a "trick" that allows them to gift knives without problems. Just ask for one coin from the person receiving the gift and in the eyes of strict superstition spirits it will be a fair exchange. Now no joke, a knife is a gift that unlike other transient things will be remembered forever because it will serve forever.
